Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music will host the 3rd Pacific Alliance of Music Schools (PAMS) Summit from 7-10 April 2016, bringing together leaders of each school. PAMS was initiated to create closer ties between the directors of the institutions and build the region as a driving force of music education and culture. The 13 schools are:

• Faculty of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts

• Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts

• Beijing Central Conservatory of Music

• Shanghai Conservatory of Music

• School of Music, University of British Columbia

• San Francisco Conservatory of Music

• Thornton School of Music, University of Southern California
